cozy triple stay
helpful staff central location
i stayed two nights and booked triple room. reception staff were helpful. the location is CENTRAL near grafton street.
THE room was narrow. there was nowhere to store my suitcase, i had to leave it on the floor.

stained carpet leaky faucet
The room was clean. The staff was helpful with directions.
I was assigned a room that looked nothing like the pictures online. The furniture was old and worn, and the carpet was stained in several places. The bathroom had a leaky faucet, and despite reporting it, it wasn't fixed . The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

big room key location helpful staff
The room was big, and i appreciate having a lot of space to move around. The location proved convenient, especially being close to key attractions. I found the staff was helpful and i appreciate there assistance with directions.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from other rooms, it did effect my sleep.

My room included two beds with soft mattress. A television and a small desk completed the space. The bathroom had fresh towels.

The reception staff provides useful information and assistance at my arrival. They offered advice on restaurants and local attractions. Their quick responses made communication easy.

I found several restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. There is a good variety available on the main streets. I discovered Murray's Bar & Grill.

friendly staff daily refreshment comfortable beds basic room persistent noise need modernization
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had coffee and tea every day (a small, good touch!). The service was superb and the beds were comfortable.
My room felt very basic and quite noisy. The sound of people walking upstairs and flushing toilets echoed through the room (a bit disruptive). A modernization would really do wonders for the place, though.
